As a part of the Care Quality Commission requirements and in order to provide the highest level of the services available in our practice, the patients have a possibility to fill in a questionnaire. Questions relate mainly to the quality of service provided both by medical and non-medical staff, waiting times and the quality of your medical consultation. The results of the surveys, both current and completed in the previous years, are published below. The survey form is available in our clinics. All data is collected anonymously.
